Stop Waiting for "Someday".

I had a conversation with one of my patients this week that left me thinking. He shared a piece of advice his grandpa used to tell him:

"Someday isn’t a day of the week."

It hit me hard - because how many of us say we’ll get around to prioritizing our health “someday”?

Maybe you’ve been telling yourself that someday you’ll start rehabbing that nagging injury. Someday you’ll make time for the gym. Someday you’ll focus on getting stronger, more resilient, and feeling your best again.

The reality is that “someday” never actually arrives. Life keeps moving, and those intentions get pushed further and further down the list.

But what if you took that first step today? What if you stopped waiting for the perfect time and made the decision to start prioritizing your health right now?

Whether it’s committing to finally rehab that old injury, getting back into a fitness routine, or taking a small step toward feeling more energized, it’s time to put it on the calendar - and make it real.
